Post blingüe: Weird names + meme
I just can't believe people's craziness, we've heard many times about people who name their kids after famous actors or things like that, but now I read about this British guy , who spent almost 200 bucks to change his official name to Fernando Alonso Rodney Trotter Ronaldinho... The most amazing thing is that he just added the “Fernando Alonso” to his previous name, so it’s the third time he pays to change it.
Explanation for the non-Europeans:
Fernando Alonso: He’s Formula 1 world champion, he’s a Spanish young racer and I don’t like him but this guy does.
Rodney Trotter: He starred in an 80’s British comedy.
Ronaldinho: I won’t explain who Ronaldinho is!! You should know!
Now I need to write some stuff in catalan for my friend Alepsi, she passed me the challenge of writing for the other bloggers 5 things they don't know about me, but I'm just recycling an old post I already wrote:
Bé, en resposta al teu meme he d’explicar 5 coses que no sabeu de mi... crec que puc reciclar un post antic de quan encara escrivia a xanga. Està en anglès i bàscicament parla de coses que em treuen de polleguera, en son 5 i crec que la majoria (excepte una) no les sabeu:
• Eyes: (la gent que es toca els ulls... eeecs quin fastic!) Well, not just eyes, but people touching eyes... It's just soo gross to me! I'll try to avoid seeing it, so if something gets into your eye... dont ask me for help! and if you're gonna do something with your contact lenses... go away!
• The noise of a marker writing on a paper: (el soroll dels subratlladors o el del porexpan... em fot la pell de gallina!!) Another sound that freaks me out... well I could make a list of noises, but that’s the most common, so the worst... well, no there's another sound even worse, is when you scratch some "porexpan". I don't know what's the name in English, it's that white blocks that some companies use to protect things that come in packages...well they make an awful sound!!
• Unfinished sentences: (les frases deixades a mitges) There's some people that start saying things and never finish them... I can't stand it, it's not THAT hard... "It's like when people say..." see?? that's WRONG!
• Turning around when I'm walking on the street: (fer mitja volta quan vaig caminant pel carrer) I just feel sooo stupid doing that! I'll try to avoid doing that by crossing the street or entering in some shop... I think that's pretty common.
• Christmas music: (les nadales, si, aquesta ja la sabieu) Well, Christmas in general, but specially spanish cheesy Christmas songs a.k.a. "villancicos"... well I've already written about that so I don't need to explain again.
Bé, i aquest cop el meme no li passo a ningú perque em fa mandra... que el faci qui vulgui!!
